Construction Supervision

We also offer in addition to the construction management function, full construction site supervision and co-ordination services to make sure that everything is done to industry standards, all codes and review processes are implemented and performed and that the work conforms exactly as the designer/architect intended it to be done. 

We also offer (subject to crew availability) our own dedicated team of highly skilled craftsman that specialize in the interior and exterior fit-up and finishing of residential projects. This is for when the design, construction detailing, quality and fit being proposed are higher than "builder's standard" and where cost is not as much of an issue, allowing us to offer our clients that "old world" craftsman level of attention to detail to bear on your project.
